Let’s talk about it. It’s not just hamstrings!
As the matter of fact, I feel my hamstrings way more in a half split... but that’s beyond the point.
To safely prepare your body for a split you always want to warm up, open up hips, stretch quads, outter thighs, glutes, and, yes, last, but not least, hamstrings!
Try this little routine. Make sure to do it on both sides.
