RECIPE BELOW <3 only a few ingredients + minimal chopping! Ingredients - 1 bunch kale - 2 Tbsp soy sauce - 1 tsp toasted sesame oil - 14 oz block firm tofu - 2 Tbsp chili garlic sauce - 1 Tbsp brown sugar - 2 cups Quinoa Instructions - Press tofu for 30 min (under something heavy!) - Wash kale and toss into pot with some oil. Wait 5 minutes until it’s wilted & then add in your soy sauce. - Chop up your tofu into blocks. - Fry tofu at medium to hot heat. - Once golden, add in your sauce (chili sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar) - Mix and serve!!
