Last month, Manifesta 14 Prishtina hosted the 9th General Assembly and Conference of the International Biennial Association. The two-day conference brought an array of leading art world professionals and educators to Prishtina to discuss their diverse approaches in relation to education, the development of the traditional biennial format and the use of biennials as tools for social change.
