good aftermeown happy pancake sunday admittedly these lemon berry pancakes are not the pancakes i ate today, pancake sunday 8/14/22 it seems as if the rate at which i am eating pancakes is exceeding the rate at which i am posting pancakes???? i’ll try to be better thank u in advance for bearing with me • lemon berry protein pancakes pancakes: 1/2 cup @birchbenders plant protein pancake mix + cinnamon + vanilla + 1/2 cup water berry compote: - 1 cup frozen mixed berries - a couple drops of stevia - ~1/4 tsp corn starch - squeeze of lemon juice for the compote, microwave all ingreds for a few minutes until melted and slightly thickened by the corn starch top with: - berry compote - maple syrup - @barneybutter melted almond butter - lemon zest - so much love (try this if u haven’t yet)
