Have you tried low light? Heads up we will have a shipping suspension soon so we can catch up! I’m thinking it will start on Monday and will last about two weeks. I’m officially hiring a customer service agent and we are on the hunt for a warehouse space, the fulfillment center I was considering before did not work out for us based off of their contract and restrictions. This means we will have our own place soon and hopefully hire help for packing. We currently have 4 boxes of warms my blood held up with UPS since 10/13 and we have been at a stand still with orders containing this item from the 1st preorder. Most have shipped but a few orders have been affected. I’ve been talking to my manufacturer and we are working on a solution in case it takes even longer. I will been sending emails soon in regards to this to the effected customers as well as a news email. We have had orders go out and it appears the tracking are not updating on some for over a week. Even my own mothers package took 1.5 weeks to update. I’m just trying to be as transparent as possible. Im annoyed with my manufacturer because these were supposed to be in hand on 10/1. I was receiving shipments with mixed inventory and it’s been a nightmare.
