Honey Garlic Salmon Bites 🍯 🧄 🐟 Ingredients: 1 pound good quality salmon cut into 1” pieces 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup hoisin 3 tablespoons oyster sauce 3 tablespoon honey 2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar 3 teaspoons fresh chopped garlic 1 tablespoon fresh chopped ginger 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper Green onions and sesame seeds to garnish Directions: Toss all of the ingredients with the cubed salmon- cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove from fridge, place salmon pieces evenly spaced on a rack, and bake @350 for 10 to 12 minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
