89 days ago I started a 90 day cleanse to elevate my mind, body, soul and finances. If you follow my IG stories you’re already aware of it (I talk about it almost everyday 😂). I decided to update y’all on the progress and changes (via my timeline lol). .-Finances: I’ve been able to cut down on my spending every month using a custom budget/spending tracking I created. I also created an Instagram page dedicated to financial literacy and business tips (@TheSixFigureBoss). You can download the budget sheet/spending tracker for free from the page. .- Body: My abs are coming through and my muscles are shredding nicely. Some of my grey hair reversed back to black, I still have hella grey hair tho lol. I posted a pic of a hair I ripped out in mid transition; the root is black and the tip is grey. . - Mind: My brain is sharper than its ever been and my creative juices are flowing in abundance. . - Soul: I feel purely balanced. I haven’t felt stressed or angry about anything since I started the cleanse. I appreciate all of the encouraging messages I received! Y’all really kept/keep me motivated! Thank you from the ❤️. P.S. I’ll see y’all in a few weeks with my shirt off and skin glowing like LL Cool J’s. Hide ya auntie! She ain’t gon’ be safe! 😂
