From small beginnings in 2009, Aliet Green has always produced their Regenerative Organic Certified coconut sugar with the wellbeing of their smallholder Indonesian farm team as a main priority. A few of the ways they give back to their community: 🥥 Including district- and village-level authorities in business decisions to maintain community support. 🥥 Providing finance, inputs, training and extension services to farmers that promote regenerative organic agricultural principles. 🥥 Bridging the gender gap by achieving equal pay and gender-neutral job evaluation. 🥥 Strengthening existing systems such as minimum regional wage, and collective bargaining. 🥥 Facilitating farmer inclusion into markets and supporting agreed floor prices that enable farmers to earn a fair living. 🥥 Incorporating workers' opinions and feedback to strengthen their services and programs.
