I can’t describe the euphoria of today’s run. I haven’t had a good run since...2021 at some point. Covid, then sadness and a bunch of other stuff has thrown me off. I was still running most days but it wasn’t hitting like it can. I would’ve gone on not getting the ‘high’ because it still helps my brain but I’m so glad it came back. I love running. And if you’re in a running slump, hold onto hope. It always comes back in the end. Thank you @alanis 🙌🏽
