What are your best tipps to geht back on track after a longer training break?
Since covid hit me hard when it comes to #fitness and #stamina I am taking things slowly. Which is not easy for a person who is always busy with being busy in motion. 😅 Will take me some time but I am definetely here for it! ✊🏼
