Portrait of Ron Dixon, graphite pencil on watercolor paper, 18 x 24. Based on a photo from the mid-1970's when Ron was in his 30s. He and my dad were best friends since childhood in the South Bronx. I knew him as Uncle Ron. He lived 79 years. He was laid to rest today in Kingston, NY.
