I think this particular color worked best over the makeup instead of under it if that makes sense. It was getting covered up by the setting powder and not showing much. I’ve been LOVING the Patrick Ta techique of applying powder blush first and then going over it with the liquid/cream blush so I’ll be trying that next with this blush.
