I didn’t get the job but I did meet @jontolins & @stephenpbrackett — two men who would become important mentors to me. I look back at that rejection — painful at the time — with so much gratitude for the people (who need people) I met and the experiences we’d eventually share. Tonight, we live-stream Jon’s hilarious play from Michael’s living room. It’s a full-circle moment that I get to direct. And best of all, it raises funds for BC/EFA’s COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund.
