BEFORE👉AFTER This beautiful 70 year-young patient of mine received a facelift with a fat transfer to her face along with a 35% TCA chemical peel. The facelift improved the neck and jawline by tightening the skin and underlying (SMAS) structures. Transferring fat to the face permanently restored volume in her central face and softened many of those deep lines around her mouth. Finally, a TCA chemical peel was performed to improve the more superficial fine lines and improve the quality and texture of her skin.
