Dermaplanning is something I would never do to my own face, so I’m not going to recommend it to any of my patients. ❌ It can cause skin irritation, massively disrupt the skin barrier and lead to breakouts, extreme sensitivity and even cellulitis and hospitalisation (yes, seriously!) and all for some peach fuzz?!
