All smiles on the photos BUT this was a day where my usually strong mental game was not there. I completely lacked confidence on the wall and was teeeeerrified of literally everything was shaking and was unable to trust myself, my feet, my shoes, the rock, even my partner. Everything felt off i felt so nervous and weak and I hated it. I thought after a few climbs I would feel better but not that day... Sometimes it’s going to be like that and I will have to get better at not feeling disappointed over it.
