Happy Leo Season 😍 I'm making my directorial debut and I'm so in awe!! Last week during our lunch break on working on @treeswithroots #Chiaroscurornd I noticed that natural thought enter my mind "This is exactly what I'm supposed to be doing." And it felt so aligned. 😍 @treeswithroots @szaramonica @rees.the.flame and @temz_miller are some of the wisest people and the bravest people whom I have met. With the emotionally challenging subject matter of the fictional character, Gabriel Rose and his experience of psychosis, these actors have been an absolute joy to direct! Our rehearsal room has been a safe and sensitive space to learn and develop as black artists which is everything that I desired and more...
