Today marks the end of @UN_Women #16Days of Activism awareness campaign to End Violence against Women & Girls. At Accor, our dedication is constant and our teams across the world are committed to implement regionally focused strategies to work toward reducing gender-based violence and discrimination. 📍 Accor in France (head offices): A dedicated assistance and support system has been developed to help women victims of domestic violence. With the help of a social worker, and a lawyer if necessary, the support system helps and accompanies these people according to their difficulties and needs. This may include legal, administrative or financial advice, for example. Iliane plays a key role in this support system. She shares her experience: "This is a subject that is very close to my heart and that I try to work on every day.
