Last week I had a glaze firing drag out for over 11 hours pushing me wellllll beyond my normal quitting time and I knew it was time for new elements. I always keep a spare set on hand so I messaged @nykilnguy and we made plans to meet right away so he could swap them out for me. I know a lot of potters teach themselves to do their own kiln repairs (I’ve done my fair share) but I’m a spoiled baby now, I like Joe to come do it for me. If you’re a Hudson Valley/tri-state kiln owner and you need support, do yourself a favor and look him up! He’s so great.
