Sometimes the weight of the world can make us feel like giving up but all we really need is a break to help us hit that reset button and start again. I took a little holiday from everything (social, mindful eating, working out, therapy sessions, being an uber driver to my babies, cooking and all the other things in between) instead I had too much carbs, indulged without guilt, relaxed with my girls and family, took in the fresh air and got some ☀️ but now i’m back and ready for it all again, in fact I miss the routine and the grind.
