Thank you so much @thetimesmagazine for this lovely first-look pull-out of recipes from India Express today! The dishes in the feature are all 30 minute one-pan recipes including South Indian chilli prawns, my sister’s ace tomato & spinach curry, mum’s tomato rice, Bengali style roasted cauliflower with mustard, all in one roasted paneer with peppers & onions and my chilli coconut salmon traybake. Although it does feel an odd weekend to have a feature in the paper. All recipes online on the @thetimes website as well.
