When I tune out of my day and scroll on social media, I try to be mindful of what I'm seeing, how it makes me feel, and the thoughts that come from scrolling. Lately I like to ask myself: 1. Does it inspire me? 2. Is it kind? 3. Does it encourage connection? 4. Is it entertaining, thought-provoking, transporting? 5. Am I energized by having seen it?
