I’m not tryna hold you back sis! I just recognize how damaging color CAN be when it comes to Locs. What I’ve found is that unless you know how to keep your hair seriously hydrated and are willing to moisturize daily and condition bi-monthly(I love @plantedhaircare) you may not be ready! Color can be super drying and can damage the hair over a longer period of time esp if it’s not all the way rinsed out. So just waitttttt. Do a rinse, try hair paint wax (I love @asiamnaturally) or get a professional consultation first. It’s not worth damaging your babies because color has to be maintained over time.
