Voters banged on the windows as a 6 pm deadline to vote approached. The Kentucky Exposition Center was the only polling place in operation in Jefferson County because of restrictions instituted as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The doors re-opened for the voters waiting outside shortly after the video was taken.
