💐 Pastel Roses 💐 Swatches/review of the shades I have from @thepastelrosesuk I’ll start with formula, their formula is interesting and unlike other shades I have. It’s drier but not necessarily in a bad way, it reminds me of makeup that has been baked. They still give a lot of shine. Electric orange 🍊- this is a duochrome but it’s actually a unique shade, I don’t have any dead on dupes for it. It’s a tangerine orange with a vibrant pink shift. Spectrum 🌈- this is your typical “rainbow” multichrome, not super unique but still gorgeous nonetheless, dupes unexplainable from sd. Dreamscape 💤 - gorgeous, I thought this would dupe tm stellar apotheosis and while it is v. similar this has more of a blue base which means it looks a lot more purple straight on vs orange/pink. It’s a chunkier formula though and stains blue. Galaxy Dust 🪐- a pretty shade but not unique, your standard purple to blue green Moon 🌙 - a duochrome, this is actually my most used shade from the brand. Its somewhere between gray and purple and has a pretty blue & green shift, there are similar shades out there but there’s something a little unique about this one. Holo prism 💿- this is the holo version of their shade prism. Kinda similar to shades like tm cosmic collision but a lot less intense. I wasn’t impressed with this one, the holo toned down the shift quite a bit but it isn’t enough holo to make up for the lack of shift. The holo effect very subtle. Overall, I really recommend the brand for people in the UK and Europe to cut down on shipping costs. In the US you can get similar shades domestically but there are some unique ones. I like the formula but I’ve heard some say it’s too dry.
