Like a number of success stories that have grown out of #Atlanta’s famous creative incubator, @Ciara’s began with a dream of doing hair. “You would’ve asked me what my job was going to be when I was this eight-year-old girl in Decatur, Georgia, and I would’ve told you I’m going to be doing hair,” she tells Allure. “I was going to own hair salons. That was my vision.” And while she hasn’t yet fulfilled that childhood dream, she has tapped into other areas of the beauty industry, most recently as founder of her own #skincare line OAM (On A Mission).
