I used to ONLY focus on my ~body~ in the past - endless long runs and gym sessions, and always wondered why I didn’t feel that “well” if I was doing “everything right” to live a well life
What I was forgetting what that the workouts I did would do nothing for me if I wasn’t focusing on my mind and soul as well. my workouts meant nothing if I was t practicing gratitude, getting outside and resting enough.
So now I prioritize reading, journaling, meditating, taking baths, doing self care, getting outside, gratitude lists, etc just as much as I prioritize moving my body, and I think you should too ✨
