Morning routine I’ve been loving lately
- prioritize sleep (6:50/7am wake up) this has been helping with hormone balance
- tongue scrape & brush teeth @twice always
- drink @drinklmnt (literally can’t live w/o this stuff + gives me natural energy from hydration
- go out on my balcony to get direct sunlight while I drink lmnt (sets circadian rhythm for the day & causes body to produce serotonin aka tells your body to wake up and be in a good mood)
- wash face but not full routine before I workout (just @clearstemskincare GENTLECLEAN & HYDRAGLOW)
- workout - I’ve been doing @melissawoodhealth or slow weights while listening to a podcast (been loving @crimejunkiepodcast
- shower + full skin routine (GENTLECLEAN, CELLRENEW, BOUNCEBACK, HYDRAGLOW, BRIGHTEYES)
- start work + make ogano king coffee (drink coffee 2 hours after I wake up)
