IMPO the Paloma is generally a classic cocktail that you can order at 5 bars and you may get 5 slightly altered builds / specs. With that in mind, I took a lot of creative freedom to create this Paloma now being served @theroblar It all started with the foundation of Glass bottle Mexican @squirtsoda . Wanting to go a slightly non traditional route, and open the consumer dialogue, I used Sotol & a local California Aloe spirit that’s plays so well with the all the ingredients. RANCHO OJAY PALOMA 1.5 oz @nochelunasotol 1/2 oz @chareauspirit Aloe 1/2 oz Fresh Grapefruit 1/4 oz Lime Pinch of Sea Salt Glass Bottle Squirt Dehydrated Grapefruit Super happy with the way this one drinks.
