The dispute 🦌 Ive always found it hard getting the "Clash of antlers" image, they tend to fight low down in the tall grass which just makes it difficult to capture. I feel like most of the fighting images you see on here are always up close so i wanted to be a little different. I saw these two young boys fighting, i loved the atmosphere the fog was creating so i chose to create a more unique image by shooting wider to include more of the fog. It's not always about how close you can get, that's something i keep reminding myself. Even though the perfectionist in me heavily detests the grass covering the stags i feel the image is still clean looking and doesn't distract from it overall. If anything it adds to the natural feel and look. I used my new lens for this image, the Canon 100-400mm! To be honest i never thought id be using this lens as much as i am. I realise now that ive missed out on some incredible photo opportunities over the last 5 year of using prime lenses. This new zoom lens creates so many more unique images. Im truly loving it & wishing i brought it much sooner!
