12- minute Salmon π with Lemon Buerre Blanc Sauce- the π₯BESTπ₯ salmon you will ever eat! π¨βπ³ Serves 2 Ingredients: 2 6-ounce pieces of salmon, skin on Fresh cracked black pepper and Kosher salt for seasoning 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil Directions: Season the salmon with a generous portion of fresh cracked black pepper and kosher salt. Sear the salmon presentations-side down in a saute pan with olive for for 3 minutes a side, until golden brown. Remove the salmon from the pan, and place on an oiled rack. Place in a 350-degree oven, and bake for 12 minutes. For the sauce: Ingredients: 1 cup heavy cream Zest of 2 lemons 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper 1 teaspoon honey 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley 2 tablespoon cubed unsalted butter Salt and pepper to taste Chopped chives for garnishing Directions: Place the heavy cream, lemon zest and salt and pepper in a small sauce pan and cook over medium heat until it reduces by half and becomes thick- approximately 10 minutes. Add the honey, fresh parsley, cubed butter and salt and pepper- whisk until the butter emulsifies with the butter. Remove from the heat. Place the cooked salmon on a plate. Add the sauce, garnish with the chopped chives and serve immediately.
