It’s a powerful perspective of both Black Joy and the relentless pursuit of justice through Mamie’s eyes. She turned grief into action and though we hope never to have to use it - we see and feel the universal power of a Mother. We are extremely honored to have had early access to watch this amazing film as the entire cast put their all into this movie. The film is co-written by Keith Beauchamp who was very close to Mamie Till-Mobley and it was her wish that he carry on the story.
