I’ve known Tahnée for many years, ever since she decided to raise money for CoppaFeel! raffling off her mountain bike at the Fort William World Cup. Before that I had no idea how huge downhill mountain biking was, and I definitely didn’t think girls got a look in. Glad I learnt all this and more and although I have zero urge to do it myself, I’m so glad girls like Tahnée are showing all the future little Tahnée’s that it’s more than possible to be gnarly and girly and to rip up whatever other rule books that might exist. Tahnée kindly shared her quite recent and really nasty turd with me and although I don’t wanna give much away, she told me it was the best thing that could have happened to her.
