During the pandemic, I was fortunate to be invited to visit the Navajo reservation in Page, Arizona. I went on my own with the responsibility to capture the tradition of long distance running that continues to be passed down in the Dine culture. I’m grateful to Brandon Dugi and his family for the honor to be invited in to tell this story, to honor the language, the culture and the traditions of the Dine people. This short doc is premiering oct 28th at @austinfilmfest and I’m looking forward to connecting more with the greater film community.
