Have you ever tried soybean based soft serve?As someone who grew up on and still loves 豆浆 (soybean milk), this was super nostalgic, unique and delicious.I loved the whole concept of SoyTalk - they’re aiming to provide a healthy & delicious alternative to dessert by using soybeans - if I had more time in Vancouver, I would’ve gone back for their soy mochi & pudding 🥺
