I am lost for words when reflecting on the magnitude and importance of ‘In the Black Fantastic’ — the new exhibition curated by Ekow Eshun @ekoweshun now on view at Hayward Gallery @hayward.gallery It was a dream to be one of the eleven artists granted free reign for our imaginations to roam as we reflected on the subject matter within our practices. Moreover, I had the pleasure of working with the stellar curatorial team at Hayward to bring our visions to life. So grateful to Ekow Eshun, Ralph Rugoff, Thomas Sutton, Debbie Meniru, Archie Bell, Stephanie Busson and Cedar Lewisohn all of whom brought this exhibition to life.
