Oreo Peanut Butter Cheesecakes by @veganbyeden 💖
Easy, no-bake treat. Just mix, freeze and devour! 😍
Makes 6 👇🏼
197 calories per serve • 6g protein per serve
All products I used are listed below.
Base:
▪️12 Oreo cookies
▪️10g vegan vanilla protein powder
▪️40g dairy free buttery spread
Middle:
▪️150g vegan yogurt
▪️10g vegan vanilla protein powder
▪️30g sugar free maple syrup
Top:
▪️20g powdered peanut butter
▪️20g biscoff spread
▪️1 Oreo cookie
1️⃣ In a blender combine Oreos with the protein powder & melted buttery spread. Blend together & press into a silicone muffin pan.
2️⃣ Combine yogurt with the protein powder & maple syrup. Mix together. Spoon into muffin pan over the base. Place in the freezer while you prepare the next step.
3️⃣ Combine powdered peanut butter with water until you reach a smooth, runny but still somewhat thick consistency. Spoon this over the yogurt layer. Return to the freezer to set - about 2 hours.
4️⃣ Once cheesecakes have completely set, remove gently. Melt the biscoff spread and spoon over each. Crumble the Oreo cookie and divide between the 6 cheesecakes.
Store them in the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for 15 to 20mins before serving to soften up.
