This time last week we had our Leicester Bartenders @alunacoconut comp where I put on half a stone in whipped cream alone. Honestly it was so great to taste through so many ideas - one cocktail which isn’t in this reel because I have no idea wtf it’s gone, won me over to mint chocolate for the first time EVA - it was somehow so light and perfectly balanced.
