Care and Esteem makeovers that include make-up, hair, and nails • Film & Theatre: Role Play and improv with volunteer actors for social skills and learning the differences between being passive, aggressive and assertive. • Music & Movement: Dance, Yoga for parents • Visual Arts: Self-portraits, with emphasis on creativity and expression of whole self and emotions.
