2 👑 0 👑 2 👑 4 This is the first year that I was able to celebrate NYE with friends in 7 years! NYE, as I became older, became sadder and I battled loss, catastrophic loss and to be blunt, misery. I survived, with the help of my close friends and family ♥️💐. They taught me to remember who I am, that I don’t have to suffer. I’m not perfect, but I have developed more empathy, more love and compassion for myself and others. I felt equally weak and strong at times but it was through my close friends that I found happiness. I started to smile more, laugh more I felt the most freedom I have ever felt in my life. 2023 was a year of lessons. A culmination of the previous years that I didn’t allow myself to feel. Thankful to celebrate and hug the ones that loved me when I felt lost, who cried with me and cared for me in times of darkness. You are the real MVP @elenajasic I will love you until the end of time!
