We're so proud to reveal the complete zero waste ecosystem inspired by nature that Melbourne icon, Joost, has brought to life in our Bourke St flagship. This immersive biophilic wonderworld is filled with the very best in locally grown and sourced flora and fauna: oyster mushrooms, marvellous mycelium blocks, tanks of golden barramundi, golden elm branches, snails, yabbies, blooming canopies of tulips, apple and pear blossoms and so much more. Explore these curated installations as they grow, evolve and bloom instore until 23 October. We hope that this biodiverse place delights and marvels, and inspires you to see the natural world a little differently.
