“How do I know if I’m lifting the right weight?” is a question I hear often! You always want to make sure you’re challenging yourself but also being safe, here are some tips to help make sure choosing the right weight🏋🏽‍♀️ ⚡️work in a rep RANGE instead of a set in stone number of reps! Think working 8-12 reps vs “3 sets of 10” ⚡️using a RPE scale or reps in reserve scale to help gage how many reps you have in the tank or rate how hard the set felt. example; 1 being EASY af and 10 meaning it was hard af and you couldn’t do more reps! ⚡️noting that your last 2-3 reps are hard!
