Len grew up an Oakland Raiders fan so Raiders games have always held a special place in his heart. In 2015, his first game ever as a starter was against the Raiders. In 2019, the day before the Raiders game he found out he was going to be a daddy for the first time, & in 2021, the day after the Raiders game he got to hear his third babies heartbeat for the first time!
