My sourdough brownies with fig jam- or any jam that floats your boat. The best part is when there’s a juicy, jammy pocket, surrounded by super dense, fudgey brownie that is mostly chocolate and butter. The other best part is that you can use your sourdough discard. It’s all in my book 🤠
