It’s been a challenge to be ready for a lingerie shoot. 10 months since giving birth, still struggling to recover physically and mentally. I don’t think I should push myself too hard, because being pregnant and giving birth takes so much for a woman, and we should really give ourself time, love and credit. However at the same time, I also think I should take the right amount of effort to try to get back to my best self to feel good for myself. Since being weak and fat is certainly a bigger challenge for me to still feel happy and love myself unconditionally. It’s always a balance we need to find and keep in life. Let’s keep working on it and hopefully never give up. ❤️🙏
