6 LIFE-CHANGING HABITS: 1. SPEND 3 HOURS A DAY WITH UNDISTRACTED CONCENTRATION ON YOUR GOALS How many of you try to focus on something productive and instead look at your phone or watch Netflix for hours? I’ve done it. If you turn off your phone and just create, practice, and focus on your goals instead, by the end of the three hours you will get so much done and feel proud of yourself for doing what you actually care about. Remove distractions if you want to accomplish more. 2. WAKE UP AND GO TO BED THE SAME TIME EVERY NIGHT I’m bad at this one, I have creative bursts late at night but having a consistent sleep schedule, will make you function better throughout the day and will structure your life. A schedule is necessary so you don’t flounder all day long. This will help you to to control your life and not let your days run you so you can get back to doing what gives you the most meaning. 3. WORK HARD NOW AND POSTPONE GRATIFICATION UNTIL LATER Eating too much, watching too much Tv, drinking too much, will make you feel sick. While it’s okay to enjoy your life, you have to make sacrifices to excel. To change your life, put off short term gratification for long term success. 4. WORKOUT AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK Have you ever gotten on a training regime you feel great, then taken a couple weeks off? Your body feels sluggish and you can’t keep up as easily. Consistent exercise will give you more energy, a better mindset, and encourages discipline. 5. GIVE 100% TO EVERYTHING YOU DO Be willing to put 100% into your workout, your job, even when you make your bed or sweep the floor. If you can perform excellence in every aspect of your day then you will have an excellent life. 6. THINK OF WHAT YOU ARE GRATEFUL FOR EVERYDAY Take time to think of what makes your life better, whether it’s your family, a good book, or the life you have, it will make you see everything you have with more appreciation and the energy you put into the world will be higher. If you do these steps you will be completely unrecognizable in 6 months. To change your life, match your words to your actions, live with discipline, and put your heart into everything you do.
