Did a race on the weekend. After long COVID + regular COVID I went for a check up last week and it seemed that things were improving, did the regular COVID give my system the wake up call to just finally clean the whole house? Not totally sure yet but in for another look at the blood later this week. This race was about more though, I just wanted to get out there and run, hang out with friends, shoot the breeze and get some sore legs. I did feel some improvements versus the last races but still a bit off my best, though maybe that’s from an extended break post Lavaredo. I didn’t really care though, it was just nice to be out there and also nice to see mates smashing it and others returning to great form after a long injury. I know my time will come so for now just impatiently waiting while continuing to do the work* *by work I mean fun stuff. A few of side notes. How good is that @gavarrestrailclub x @chancerunning kit.
