The highs and lows of prepping for this season have been wild. Let me tell you about the realities of this industry that you already know about but I’m gonna call it like it is anyways. This industry is brutal. It’s going to try to spit you out more times than it’s going to accept you and give you joy. It’s going to try to crush your spirit but you don’t let it. Because you are bigger than that and because this industry is changing. It’s a slow, painful change. But the high moments are there and they’re waiting and if you surround yourself with all the right people you’ll see those moments in good time. These moments will be fleeting. You may feel like giving up. Don’t. The successes you see are progress. Overnight successes don’t exist. You’re on that right path and you’re growing and making it through the brutal realities and letting them slide off your back because it’s just a little rain. You’re stronger than that. We worked our a$$es off this season to get our @wespeakmodels roster seen. And it worked. This season has been incredibly successful for us. But because I’m me and the industry still has soo much work to do, next season, I’m working even harder and in 6-12 months from now, WS will be on another level. Do you feel the shift?
