It was great to see Mayor George Alpogianis and Trustee Joe LoVerde here in Washington, DC, yesterday to discuss our shared priorities to expand clean transportation, clean drinking water and public safety. With $5.2 billion in Bipartisan Infrastructure Law funding announced for Illinois since its signing, I couldn't be more optimistic about how we can improve the lives of working Illinoisans—together.
