How do you preserve the historic charm of a landmarked building while also modernizing it for the future? Elevate it. That’s exactly what we did with Building 12 at @pier70sf. We collaborated with our structural engineering partners to raise the entire building 10 feet for a seismic retrofit and renovation. This innovative solution was recently recognized by the @seaocalifornia, and we’re proud to share that the project received the 2022 Excellence in Structural Engineering award!
